ODE TO THE HONEY TREES

I'm a huge fan of the indie folk duo The Honey Trees after stumbling upon their MySpace (who remembers MySpace? *raises hand*) page in my high school years. Even more so, I was obsessed with Becky Lou Filip's personal style. This fascination led to a rare Honey Trees showing in Midtown Sacramento two years ago. Truly magical experience and I even got to meet her in person. Ever since then, I couldn't stop raving about them. Check out their Myspace page and see for yourself.
